Privacy

We will do what is needed our utmost best to protecting your private and personal details and will do so whilst conforming to Dutch legislation.

We will process and store only the minimal personal information in order to organize our events and sell tickets. These personal details will only be used to this end. Your personal information will not be used for other commercial endeavors or be given, sold or traded to third parties. We will use this information solely to inform you about the workshop, training or event. When needed we will share participant names with the facilitator(s).

Cancellation

In case you want or need to cancel your attendance to one of our payed events, please inform us by sending us an email or a written note. Our postal address can be found on our contact page. You can email us on: [email protected].

In case of a cancellation you will get a (partial) refund based on the terms below:

You will get a 75% refund when canceling 5 weeks before the starting day of the training or event.
You will get a 65% refund when canceling 4 weeks before the starting day of the training or event.
You will get a 40% refund when canceling 2 weeks before the starting day of the training or event.
When you cancel 14 days or less before the start of the training or event you’ll not be eligible for a refund.

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control please contact us before or on the starting day of the training or event, so we can discuss a possible alternative solution.

In case we can’t host or facilitate the training or event due to circumstance beyond our control we reserve the right to cancel or postpone to a later date.

COVID-19

We are organizing this event in uncertain times and will adhere to any current rules and guidelines regarding health and safety for all parties involved. Our goal is to create a safe and comfortable training or event for all participants. In case of governmental mandates that lead to cancellation or postponing of training or event we will inform you as soon as possible. We will do what we can to find an alternate date, that will suit as many people possible.

Liability

The responsibility for any consequences of participation in an event lies entirely with you, the participant. We are in no way liable for this.

Dutch law applies.
