The theme for March 13th Clean Language Dojo.
One of the aspects of Clean Language is that we repeat verbatim what the other person says. This has several benefits for both the facilitator and the client. We don’t repeat everything, but precisely what we’re going to ask a follow-up question about.
During the Dojo, we’ll explore what this repetition exactly does for ourselves when we ask a question but also when we receive the question. We’ll also examine what happens when we repeat too much or too little.
Other aspects that could be addressed regarding repetition:
What if we don’t repeat but ask the follow-up question directly?
What if we don’t ask a question but only repeat, with or without a questioning tone?
