- Three people: a client, and two consultants will go through 4 phases.
- One consultant should keep track of time!
- When you feel a phase is done move on to the next one so you have more time to spend there.
- The clean questions given in each phase are examples, try them out.
- You don’t have to ask every question ask 1 or 2 that fit the context of what has been said.
- For phase 3 the client truns off their mic and camera.
Think back to a time when you were facilitating and it didn’t go the way you wanted…
🚩 Phase one
~2 min
Client: in two sentences give the context of what you were thinking of.
Then they state their desired outcome by answer the question:
- What would you like to have happen?
🚩 Phase two

Consultants ask clarifying questions to know what to consult on/for:
- What kind of …?
- Anything else about …?
- What happens next?
🚩 Phase three

The consultants discuss amongst themselves how the client could get to their desired outcome; generate ideas, suggestions, coaching advice:
- What kind of …?
- Anything else about …?
- And can …?
- What happens next?
🚩 Phase four
